• Custom and personalized pieces: 2–3 weeks or longer, depending on the complexity of the design

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

• Estimated shipping time: 5–8 business days

Please note that shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. KBK Luxe Co. is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Custom Orders

Custom pieces are carefully created to meet our quality standards and may require additional production time. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure your jewelry is crafted with care and attention to detail.

Why is the processing time 2–3 weeks?

At KBK Luxe Co., quality is our priority. Every order is carefully inspected, prepared, and packaged to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality stainless steel materials designed for durability and everyday wear. Taking the time to properly process each order allows us to deliver pieces that meet our standards and yours.

Local Pickup

All pickup orders may take 7-14 business days to fulfill. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an e-mail. In order to receive your order, you must have your order confirmation available upon arrival. 

Orders must be picked up within 14 days of receiving the pickup notification. If you are unable to pick up your order within this timeframe, please contact us to make arrangements.

KBK Luxe Co. is not responsible for missed pickup notifications due to incorrect email addresses or emails sent to spam/junk folders.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order, as orders cannot be modified once they have been processed.
