Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to a packing error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Your email must include:

• Clear photos of the item received
• Photos of any damage or issue

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution.

Shipping Disclaimer

KBK Luxe Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Product Disclosure

Unless otherwise stated, all jewelry sold by KBK Luxe Co. is gold-plated jewelry and is not solid gold.

Gold plating consists of a thin layer of gold applied over a base metal. With regular wear, exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, sweat, and other substances may cause the plating to fade over time.

Jewelry Care

To help preserve the quality and longevity of your jewelry, we recommend:

• Removing jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising
• Avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, and chemicals
• Storing jewelry in a dry, cool place when not in use
